My Approach

The work
beneath the work.

Most coaching stays on the surface, goals, habits, mindset tips. The real change happens deeper, at the belief you have been living under without ever knowing it was there.

"Belief drives behavior."

Somewhere young, most of us decided something about ourselves. That we are alone. That no one is coming. That it is all up to us. And then we spent the rest of our lives proving it true.

Why this reaches what other work misses

A belief formed in a moment can run quietly for a lifetime.

Often something happened early. Not only an injury, but a belief that came along with it. A child decides "I have to take care of myself, because no one else will." And that belief does not stay in the past. It runs in the background, shaping how you work, how you love, how you hold everyone at arm's length.

"It is creating its own problems. It is creating a burden, because you think you have to do it all, alone."

These are things we do not even know we carry, until someone comes alongside to help us find them. And when we get still and start asking those deeper questions, it can be painful. That is exactly why it helps to have someone walk with you, so you feel confident: I am not going to get stuck here. This is a temporary time of looking at it, so healing can come to that place.

My work is to help you find that deeper thing going on inside, name it, and gently bring health back to it, so it stops running your life.

How the work moves

From the belief beneath, to a life that feels free

01
We get still enough to see

So much of life is spent controlling, managing, bracing. The work begins by getting quiet enough to notice what has actually been running underneath.

02
We find the belief, and the pain it formed around

Together we uncover the old injury and the belief that came with it. This is the deeper thing, the one you could not name on your own.

03
We bring healing to that place

Not to live in the pain, but to visit it with support, so health and wholeness can return to where the wound has been.

04
We build new pathways

Real change means new ways of thinking, actual new neural pathways. Learning to rest, to receive, to celebrate the good instead of bracing for the next thing to go wrong. And I celebrate every breakthrough with you.

Ways to work together

Find the room that fits you

You can finally rest

The constant watching for what might go wrong loosens its grip, and rest stops feeling unsafe.

You can receive

You stop keeping everyone at arm's length and let support in, often for the first time.

You can be present

Instead of always managing what is next, you are actually here, in your own life.

You can celebrate

The good no longer slips past in a second. You learn to notice it, hold it, and enjoy it.

Where this can go deeper

For some, this work opens a door to God.

For those who want it, this same work becomes a place to hear God, and to discover He was never as far as He seemed. And if that is not where you are, the work still stands on its own. Explore Faith Coaching →

You do not have to find the deeper thing alone.
