My Story

Why I do this work.

I have cared for people my whole life. It took my own healing to discover the work I now walk others through.

How this began

I have doctored people, and animals, since I was a little girl.

Caring for others has always been in me. I became a nurse. I built a business. I have wanted, my whole life, to make a real difference for people. But for a long time I carried a weight on the inside that I thought was simply normal, a heaviness in my chest that had always been there.

"I realized how many people go through life feeling that same emptiness, trying to fill it with being busy, with being successful, with things that are not good for them."

It was in my own coaching, sitting still and learning to quiet myself, that I found the belief I had been living under. The one that formed when I was small, that told me I had to take care of myself, because no one else would. I had lived out that belief for decades without ever knowing it was there.

When it lifted, everything changed. I felt safe. Whole. Present. Able to receive care instead of only giving it. And I realized this was the work I was meant to do: to walk alongside others as they find their own deeper thing, and bring healing to it.

I believe you were not made to carry it all alone. And I believe the emptiness you feel is not a flaw in you, but an invitation.
And where faith comes in

Somewhere along the way, I learned to hear God.

I discovered He had been there the whole time, wanting to father me, speaking in ways I had been too busy to notice. That friendship became the center of everything, and it is a gift I love helping others find, whether they are sure, seeking, or simply curious.
